To register and maintain an Account with polo88, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:
Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP or passport, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and active email address. You must create a unique username and strong password for Account security. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable.
polo88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of your registration information. Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) business days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending resolution.
polo88 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). We also support e-wallet transactions through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed instantly upon receipt of cleared funds.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits are set at Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for major banks and Rp 10,000,000 for e-wallets. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP members.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. polo88 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your financial institution may impose its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. To request a withdrawal, navigate to the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard, enter the desired amount (minimum Rp 100,000), and confirm the transaction. Your request will be reviewed and processed during business hours (09:00 - 22:00 WIB).
Standard withdrawal processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the following business day. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and processing time of up to 24 hours.
polo88 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of Rp 10,000 per transaction. VIP members enjoy unlimited fee-free withdrawals.
polo88 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.
Bonuses are designed as entertainment value enhancements and carry wagering requirements (typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount) before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds (minimum odds 1.50 required for full contribution).

In the event of fixture postponement exceeding 48 hours, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless the event is explicitly marked as "all bets stand" at the time of bet placement.
Maximum payout per bet slip is capped at Rp 500,000,000 for single bets and Rp 750,000,000 for accumulator bets (mix parlay). polo88 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion, particularly where irregular betting patterns are detected.
All slot machines, table games, and live casino games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live equipment audited by independent testing laboratories. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payout tables are displayed within each game interface. Malfunctions void all plays and pays—if a technical error results in incorrect winnings, polo88 will correct the error and adjust your Account balance accordingly.
All togel results are drawn from official international lottery pools including Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and Sydney Lotteries. Draw times are published on the relevant lottery page and strictly observed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). Bets placed after the published closing time will automatically roll over to the next draw. Results are final as published by the official source and cannot be disputed.

While we strive to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. polo88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of polo88 Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of polo88 Services, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), with proceedings conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia.
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against polo88. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
polo88 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email notification to your registered email address and by prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Your continued use of polo88 Services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must cease using our Services and close your Account.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting termination. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
polo88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform or other Users. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation completion and reserve the right to confiscate funds obtained through Terms violations.
